Eid is a time of joy, and new clothes add extra excitement to the celebrations. With Eid al-Fitr approaching, shopping malls in Dhaka are witnessing a growing rush of customers eager to complete their festive shopping.

Many shoppers are heading to large shopping complexes where clothing, shoes, cosmetics, and perfumes for people of all ages are available under one roof. Traditional Eid outfits such as Punjabi and sarees remain highly popular, while children’s clothing is seeing particularly strong demand this season.

Well-known fashion brands, including Top Ten, have arranged a wide range of festive collections. The demand for fabric materials for custom-made outfits also remains strong, reflecting a long-standing tradition among shoppers who prefer tailoring their own Eid dresses.

Sales representatives at Top Ten said they have organized a variety of products to help customers complete all their Eid shopping conveniently at affordable prices.

Many shoppers are visiting showrooms early in the morning to avoid large crowds, expressing satisfaction at being able to find everything they need in one place. Although some customers mentioned that prices are slightly higher this year, most said they are happy to purchase preferred outfits for themselves and their loved ones.

While shopping centers appear relatively calm in the morning, the number of visitors gradually increases as the day progresses, creating a lively Eid shopping atmosphere across the capital.
